will provide an immersive experience to the tourists to understand the life of people and security forces living in the border areas, and will also open a new door for locals living in these far-off villages. The Government of India has recognised Tanot Mata Temple, located near the Indo-Pak Border, Jaisalmer, as a key tourist spot for all Indian nationals. Through the Border Security Force (BSF), state-of-the-art tourism infrastructure was set up in the region to revitalise the Tanot Mata Mandir as a tourist destination. The BSF also organised tourist activities including a BSF documentary, weapon display and photo gallery at Ops Base in Tanot. ILJ, in its endeavour to enhance tourist experiences and to sensitise people about the contributions of our forces towards our nation’s safety, collaborated with the Border Security Force in promoting this idea. Movies and documentaries created by I Love Jaisalmer raised awareness among locals, encouraging them to unite and promote the border tourism attractions in Jaisalmer. In December 2021, we invited the locals and the tourists to visit the border and participate in the Longewala Marathon. 50+ volunteers of I Love Jaisalmer participated along with 250 locals and tourists.
