I Love Jaisalmer facilitated connections between tourists and 22 families in Jaisalmer through Dine with Jaisalmer in 2023. Providing a unique opportunity to explore the culture, customs, and cuisine of Jaisalmer, the hosts, including world-renowned Algoza artist Tagaram Bheel, shared their lives with the visitors. The tourists witnessed traditional dishes being prepared with locally sourced ingredients and enjoyed a delightful meal with the locals. Additionally, they explored historical and ecologically diverse locations around Jaisalmer, while visiting families at Pithodai, Khaba, Moolsagar, Bada Bagh, and Siyalo ki Basti in Kanoi. Enhancing the unique experience, 10 families in and around Jaisalmer Fort hosted tourists, sharing their traditions and stories of heritage.
